Davin pulled up his hood and sighed. It was one of those days he just randomly left his dorm to come out for a walk by himself. He didn't expect someone to walk with him or even say hi to him since he didn't know anybody from his school. He lived a lonely life. Well in his mind that is. Almost everyone saw him as a rich boy since his parents were high paid lawyers. Sometimes kids would walk up to him and ask if his parents can do a case for his parents or themselves since they got into some large trouble. Davin would just nod tell his parents and they would just shrug. They weren't getting money for there health so they watched closely on the people who hired them. Most times his parents were be working together and most times against each other. He had no idea why his parents would even marry and why he was thinking about them. They never thought about him ever since he came out of his mothers womb.
He bit down on his lip and just sighed. Cali wasn't that hot and it wasn't that cold. It was always stuck inbetween with warm. He started to play with his lip ring looking around the park. This was his first time around this part of California. His parents were back home doing some work and making some calls making the phone bill sky rocket. He wondered how his nanny was doing. She was probably taking care of his room and house as usually. His parents used her as a maid who was paid every well. She actually didn't care about the money she just cared about Davin and how he was doing.
He walked over to the swings and sat down. He got himself adjusted but didn't move at all. He was just looking around watching people walk pass. There wasn't that much people. Well teens exact. There were little kids playing around in the sand boxes but no where near the swings. Maybe because Davin was just sitting there. He got up and put his hands in his pockets walking away from the play ground. He wasn't the type to play anyway. He sat down on a empty chair and just looked at the lake. He looked at the light bouncing off the water to make a nice colorful rainbow. It was rather rare to look at this but it was cool to watch. Davin's mind was a bit twisted right about now. He was doing random things on a random day. Basically things that he never did on a daily basis.

Diamond was normally a pretty random girl, went to places for no reason, and normally ended up talking to someone she randomly bumped into that she knew or just talking to a random person. That was the way she was. So it wasn't odd when you would see her walking along a back alley singing or jumping rope in the middle of a mall. You just saw her like that a lot. And Diamond didn't do this just to be different, or to be noticed. Of course diamond did like being noticed and all she just didn't purposely do stupid things just to be noticed. She liked going places without knowing why she went to these places. It was just how she liked to do things. Diamond found that if you knew everything that you were going to do each day, who you were going to see and what you were going to accomplish that day it would eventually get boring and then all you would ever want to do is stay in your house and hide behind the television screen because you didn't think there was anything else to do. Basically Diamond did the opposite of what most normal people would do, but then she did have her normal days, where she just did something and didn't have it look like it was a big deal.
Today diamond was at the park. She hadn't even originally intended to go here since she was here a lot with her little sister. Her original destination had been starbucks. She had spent most of last night up doing an essay for her English class and you could easily tell that she hadn't got a lot of sleep but had covered it well with make up but the way she was walking and barely lifting her head from looking down at the ground definitely indicated she needed to go back to bed. Diamond when she was tired just didn't have the energy to act like she normally did so couldn't really think through what she was doing or anything. diamond was one of those people that thought a lot, tried to make sense of everything even if there was just no possible way some things would make sense. when she was like this she couldn't think everything through properly and she easily got confused over everything. She just didn't seem to understand even how she was moving forward with each step basically. right now the only possible answer as to why she was walking through the park right now was that she came here so much she just followed the path she normally took from home not even thinking about the fact she was supposed to be heading elsewhere. It was a good thing she wasn't meeting anyone there or anything or she would probably look like she was quite rude to others and forgetting about things like that.
Looking up finally she realized she was heading towards the water, it seemed that it wasn't as busy today as it was normally. You could still hear the laughter from the kids and the parents yelling at the kids to not go off to far or anything but normally she always seemed to find some teenagers wandering around or something. She didn't see any of that today. Just the kids and there parents. Diamond didn't even notice Davin at first. He was always so quiet and with her half out of it he was easily passed by. Plus she wasn't really looking anywhere neat the lake even though she was heading towards it. Finally her attention moving up in front of her she finally noticed him sitting in a chair looking forward. And she smiled just a bit, the first smile you would see from her today. Normally Diamond smiled all the time, today not so much but when she was around friends and everything normally that changed a bit. Going over she sat down next to him but didn't say anything. She sometimes was like this. She just wanted to see if he might start the conversation, and if he didn't she would talk but she liked to see just how long it would take before they actually got talking.
Diamond had known Davin for almost a year now she would say. It hadn't been too long since they first met, it had been just before her parents accident and now though they were pretty close. They just didn't see a lot of each other which was quite a shame in her opinion. She loved spending time with him, he was really just a great guy. She never really did see him a lot of the time with other people though. Normally when she ran into him he was alone. She didn't get why either. She couldn't figure out why people weren't friends with him but she never questioned him either. Though then when she first met him it took him a while to actually really start talking to her as well. Maybe just a lot of people didn't have the patience to wait for people to warm up to them or something. she didn't know. Looking up at him she brushed her bangs out of her face. It probably looked weird her not speaking yet looking at him. she did this a lot, it was like even if they were just together she still felt comfortable talking to him or not. There wasn't awkward silences for them.
