The Hayes Estate

Zephyr's house is exactly like her; gorgeous and a little over the top. Her home is a magnificient house of the 19th century Haussmannien style. It is located on 35 acres of rolling grasses that are kept immaculate and maintaned. The grounds include a swimming pool, a horse stables, a basketball court, a tennis court, and housing for the maids and their families. The entire estate is surrounded by stone walls and 2 wrought-iron gates that allows entrance to only people that are let in from the inside. The private driveway is lined with majestic old chestnut trees and loops around the house in a half-circle, allowing two entrances. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, and the second story has 5. With 5 bathrooms, 2 half-bathrooms, a large formal dining room, a living room, the den, three offices and a varied assortment of other rooms plus a gargantuan basement, it's no wonder Zephyr's parents need two maids to get the cleaning done.
