Merton Manor was originally the house of Garrett's father. After being scared off by the police, it was left to his son. Garrett doesn't like to brag about the house he lives in and therefore spends a majority of time in a dorm but parties are held here.

Brooke's parents house is a three story spanish style villa. It has large square and round windows and it is a beige color. An inground pool and a jacuzzi sit in the backyard and there's a large fountain that greets you when you pull in the circular driveway. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, including one for Miss.Brooke only, a kitchen, a family room upstairs and a game room this large house is mostly lived in by Brooke while her parents are off on their business trips.

Summer's house in no doubt is very grand. Wrought iron gates keep people out, and ivy vines twist along that and the main house. With 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, there is no doubt that there is more then enough rooms. More rooms enclude the recreation and game room, and much much more. A crystal clear pool lays just outside the back, a fountain and shubbery enclosing it. Summer is the only person that live here, so it does get kind of lonely.

The large, elaborate, home has been sitting on this land for years. It is an old Spanish Victorian style mansion that is lavish for hosting very few people per year. It has eight different bedrooms scattered throughout 3 floors. There is also 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room, game room, and a small den that Evan Iragorri [the father] uses as an office when he is in California. There is nearly 50 acres of lang behind the house that includes a large pool and horse stables. Right at the corner of the Land, in the back, there is a small 3 bedroom home fit for the family of the the help, i.e. the maid, her son - the stable help, the daughter, and the husband.

Zephyr's house is exactly like her; gorgeous and a little over the top. Her home is a magnificient house of the 19th century Haussmannien style. It is located on 35 acres of rolling grasses that are kept immaculate and maintaned. The grounds include a swimming pool, a horse stables, a basketball court, a tennis court, and housing for the maids and their families. The entire estate is surrounded by stone walls and 2 wrought-iron gates that allows entrance to only people that are let in from the inside. The private driveway is lined with majestic old chestnut trees and loops around the house in a half-circle, allowing two entrances. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, and the second story has 5. With 5 bathrooms, 2 half-bathrooms, a large formal dining room, a living room, the den, three offices and a varied assortment of other rooms plus a gargantuan basement, it's no wonder Zephyr's parents need two maids to get the cleaning done.

This is the house where Indigo and her sister and father live. It is a huge house in the city covered in vines like her old home in Italy. It is a tan color brick house with many windows and plants that doesn't look like it belongs in little old city boston. There is a huge kitchen with glass room and a dinning area. There is a huge library, open front, open bar down stairs that is locked, party room with stage and sitting area, movie theater area for other parites, ice cream room out in the back that opens up to the garndens that are fenced off with iron gates and swimming pools. There is a two car storage, living area, game room, two guest rooms, mast bedroom where Indigo's father and his girlfriend sleep, Indigo's room, her sister's room, and four full baths. All the while, the house keeps a old fashion look and no part of it is really modern.

The Vegas Residence is where Kitty and her brother, Joey, will most likely be found 24/7. Well, unless Joey has a date, then Kitty will be alone. The two story house has 5 acres, a 8 ft. deep pond that covers one of the acres of flat land and a horse barn that holds Kitty's two horses, Shadow and Vampire. The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one kitchen.
