Every school has a story of noble foundations – its what draws crystalline parents to enroll their snotty little sons and daughters in a specific education program. Shorewood High, however, though its portraits seemed to be painted with fame, was built upon the foundations of a conniving man.

Some sixty years ago, James Rikes had founded Shorewood High School on account of the fact that his reputation as a belligerent politician was failing. After giving up his campaigning career, he settled for a chair as headmaster of his high school. Fame however, is not always linked with admiration. Just so was it in Master Rikes’ case. Very few liked him due to his nature upon which he acted and the same amount gave him any source of respect.

It is upon this accord the foul play was suspected in his death. His lifeless body was found within his office and though officials dubbed it suicide – many claim it was murder. After all, if no body liked him, who would miss him once he was gone? Even half a century later, the rumors still spread.

Students have little to fear of a wandering ghost or a murderer these days; high school is the deadly enough. Though a small percent strive to make things right – rumors, gossip, and threats still spread like wildfire. Its all about the warm hearts you will capture, the lies you will believe, and the friends that you will love or those who will betray you.
